Our Mission: The mission of the Naval Special Warfare Family Foundation is to support individual and family readiness through an array of programs specifically targeted to assist the Naval Special Warfare community in maintaining a resilient, sustainable, and ready force.

Values: Our foremost responsibilities are to the families and warriors of the Naval Special Warfare Community and to the donors who have committed their personal resources toward our Mission. To fully meet these responsibilities, we are committed to an explicit set of values. These values are the standards of behavior that we use to guide our daily actions and decisions.

Our values and ethical behavior are an important part of who we are. Their incorporation into the fabric of the foundation directly impacts our ability to make progress toward achieving our Mission, while strengthening our reputation. The NSW Family Foundation is committed to:

• Providing Naval Special Warfare families and warriors with a broad spectrum of family support programs.
• Ensuring that every dollar donated will be wisely spent toward achieving our Mission of helping to maintain a resilient, sustainable, ready Naval Special Warfare force.
• Achieving excellence, innovation and compassion in every action the NSW Family Foundation undertakes.
• Maintaining a drive and sense of urgency to deliver effective services that meet the needs of today.

Vision: Our vision is to be the premier provider of benevolent civilian support services to the Naval Special Warfare Communities we serve. This vision will be pursued by collaborating with the leaders in Family Support to better understand the effects of deployment; by frequent analysis to ensure we are meeting current needs; by the delivery of exceptional programs; and by aggressively educating and involving the civilian population in support of these elite warriors.

Through these efforts we seek to:

• Ensure that both the Naval Special Warfare warriors and their families understand that the civilian population respects their service and recognizes their sacrifices.
• Provide piece of mind so the Naval Special Warfare warriors can focus on their mission; and elevate the quality of life for Naval Special Warfare families.
