Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery times.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer concerns.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or the hunting industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or outdoor industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hunting industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

· Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to customer service representatives to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment.
