Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the hunting industry and committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery times.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer concerns.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or the hunting industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or outdoor industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
